CARE

Preserved moss requires zero maintenance. Our preservation process maintains the moss's soft texture and beautiful appearance permanently. No watering, sunlight, or general upkeep is required.

All our artworks are framed and ready to hang.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are free for all orders, irrespective of the order amount. However, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

SHIPPING TIME

We strive to process orders within 15-20 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note that the delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

RETURNS

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your artwork, contact us within 90 days of receiving the product, and we will offer you a full refund and cover return shipping costs. To initiate a return, simply email our customer service team at info@mossmood.com.
