Do the moss artworks arrive framed?

Yes. All our moss artworks come fully framed and ready to hang with attachment points already installed on the back. The pieces are professionally framed before being shipped via insured express shipping. All for free.

Do you ship to my country and how long is the delivery?

We ship worldwide free of charge. So, yes, we ship to your country! After you place your order, our artists will begin crafting your moss artwork. Please understand that this process typically takes up to 3 weeks due to the careful arrangement and mounting process. Shipping is done with express shipping and usually takes up to 5 business days.

What if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your moss artwork, contact us at info@mossmood.com within 90 days of receiving the product, and we will offer you a full refund. Otherwise, you can request a replacement piece completely free of charge.

We carefully package each framed moss artwork in protective materials and ship it in a sturdy cardboard box designed to prevent damage during transit.

All moss artworks are made to order. We strive to confirm your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated completion timeline once we've assigned your order to one of our skilled artists. The artwork will typically be finished after 5-10 business days. We always use express shipping, included in the price. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.
