CARE

Preserved moss requires zero maintenance. Our preservation process maintains the moss's soft texture and beautiful appearance permanently. No watering, sunlight, or general upkeep is required.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are FREE for all orders, irrespective of the order amount. Also you can expect no extra costs at the delivery of your artwork, we pre-pay all U.S. import tariffs for you. So the price you see at checkout is the full price you pay. No hidden costs!

SHIPPING TIME

We strive to process orders within 14-20 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note that the delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

RETURNS
